Adjutant General's Report
The One Hundred and Forty-fifth Infantry was mustered into the United
States service at Camp Butler, June 9, 1864. Strength, 880. Departed for
the field June 12, 1864. Was mustered out at Camp Butler September 23,
1864.
For information concerning the nature and character of the service of
this Regiment see remarks under the head of "One Hundred Day Men."
